FLEET SUMMARY

Our fleet consists of six modern eco-efficient mid-sized product tankers and dry-bulk carriers. Our three MR2 tankers have a weighted average age of 10.2 years as of November 20, 2024 based on deadweight tonnage (dwt) which aggregated 148,592 dwt in carrying capacity. Each of the tankers in our fleet is capable of transporting refined petroleum products, such as naphtha, gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel and fuel oil, as well as other liquid bulk items, such as vegetable oils and organic chemicals. In addition, our dry-bulk fleet includes three eco-efficient vessels, which have an average age of 9.0 years, and consist of two controlling 60% ownership interests in an Ultramax and Kamsarmax and 100% ownership of a Kamsarmax sistership. Our bulkers carry a broad range of dry-bulk commodities, ranging from coal, metal ores and grains to various aggregates. Our vessels are employed under a mix of time and spot charters.
